PROFESSIONAL STRENGTHS
I strongly believe that the foremost task of a litigator is to be persuasive. The ability to succinctly and effectively influence decision-makers, be they judges, jurors, risk managers or clients, is the hallmark of a true litigator. I believe that my integrity and my writing, logic, organization and communication skills give me a significant edge against my opponents. I have handled over 100 jury trials, taken countless depositions and conducted hundreds of hearings. I have prevailed in the vast majority of the jury trials and obtained multiple six and seven figure verdicts. I have honed my particular approach to civil litigation over years of practice.
Many lawyers master the technical aspects of the various stages of litigation. Few master the ability to consistently use the disparate elements that comprise a lawsuit in a manner that compels decision-makers to act in the best interests of a client. I have that ability. My skills, experience and insight will benefit any law firm that pursues excellence in the conduct of civil litigation.
